Client: World Employment Confederation
Project: World Employment Conference 2022
Learning challenge: Create an impactful experience for World Employment Confederation members and the broader HR services community, after the success of the Conference 2021, also co-created by LAUREA and the client.
Learning solution: With a focus on ‘getting inspired’, ‘learning’ and ‘networking’, LAUREA supported the programme execution of the World Employment Conference 2022 and worked with speakers and moderators to ensure a smooth delivery.

Results: So that the learning experience of the participants could be more captivating, unique and memorable, LAUREA developed a tailormade concept for the conference in conjunction with the client. This included the suggestion of e-tools to facilitate a more interactive and streamlined experience and the arrangement of preparatory meetings with the master of ceremony, moderators and key speakers.

Client: ParadigMS Foundation
Project: 7th ParadigMS Belgian Symposium 2022
Learning challenge: Design and implement the yearly edition of the ParadigMS Belgian Symposium, including relevant topics for neurologists that are in line with the newest research topics and novelties in the field. Select the right speakers and gather a community with very busy schedules for a one evening event.
Learning solution: LAUREA created the concept and organised, together with the experts of the ParadigMS Foundation, the seventh ParadigMS Belgian Symposium that took place both onsite in Brussels and online. By focusing on participants’ needs and backgrounds, LAUREA designed and delivered onsite workshops, onsite and online keynotes, a panel discussion, and sponsored break-outs that in turn, provided a unique and enriched learning experience. Participants actively participated in discussions and Q&A, met colleagues, and also discovered the work of others.

Results: The Symposium got a high net promotor score and participants confirmed that the workshops and interactive sessions changed their professional practice.
